Rowan aims to produce high quality yarns that top designers and home knitters require. Designers such as Kaffe Fassett, Sasha Kagan, Kim Hargreaves, Martin Storey, and Annabel Fox have all stamped their mark on the company set in a small town in Yorkshire, England.

New books and magazines have been released for this season:

Rowan Knitting and Crochet Magazine No. 43 (ZM43) features handknitting and crochet designs from Kaffe Fassett, Marie Wallin, Erika Knight, Sarah Dallas, Antoni & Alison, Sarah Hatton, Lisa Richardson, Brandon Mably, Sharon Miller and Stella Claxton.

All Seasons at the Mill (ZB59) features 12 classic Rowan designs by Sarah Hatton using All Seasons Cotton.

Rowan Purelife – The Organic Cotton Collection (ZB57) features 18 designs by Marie Wallin using Organic Cotton Naturally Dyed.

Young Rowan (ZB67) features a collection of 8 designs by Marie Wallin and Sarah Hatton, using Handknit Cotton, All Seasons Cotton, 4 Ply Cotton, Rowan Denim, Cotton Glace and Kidsilk Haze.

The Milk Cotton Baby Collection features a collection of 14 garments designed by Marie Wallin and Martin Storey and 9 accessories by Lisa Richardson, using the new yarn Milk Cotton. This comes in two weights:- Fine Milk Cotton and Milk Cotton DK.

Our staff have had many years experience of working with Rowan yarns. Rowan designs never date but sometimes the colours and qualities that were once the original designs, have to be substituted; we can advise on the nearest shades.
